4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Billing: By signing up for a Vatech Prime X membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) for the applicable subscription fee.

• Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

• Changes to Fees: Vatech America Inc. reserves the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice to you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise noted, the contents of the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual properties, are owned, controlled, or licensed by Vatech America Inc. or its subsidiaries and affiliates.

7. Remote Support Disclaimer
By requesting technical support, you may grant our engineers permission to access your computer system remotely via third-party tools (e.g., TeamViewer) to diagnose and resolve issues. In that event, you are no longer authorized to access the Site.
