2. How does free shipping work with Prime X?
- After activation, a free shipping code is sent to your registered email. You can apply this code at checkout on the Vatech online store to receive free standard shipping on all orders.
3. Do I still need Prime X if my equipment is under warranty?
- While warranties typically cover parts and standard service, Prime X provides priority access to technical support and shipping savings on consumables. This helps minimize downtime and reduce operational costs beyond standard warranty coverage.
4. Can I cancel my subscription any time?
- Monthly plan can be canceled at any time without penalty, and future billing will stop. Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate; if canceled early, refunds for the remaining period may be limited in accordance with the cancellation policy.
5. Can I use one account for multiple clinic locations?
- Prime X is valid for a single clinic location. If you operate multiple locations, a separate Prime X plan is required for each site to ensure proper technical support.
6. Where can I find my payment invoices?
