Vatech Prime X Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Vatech Prime X. We strive to provide the best VIP support and products for your dental practice. Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.
1. Membership Subscription Policy
Cancellation You may cancel your Vatech Prime X membership at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month.
Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations made within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, the membership is non-refundable, and service will continue until the end of the annual term.
2. Refund Policy for Services
Since Vatech Prime X offers immediate access to digital benefits, technical support, and priority status, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services once the billing cycle has started.
No Partial Refunds: Except for the 30-day window for annual plans mentioned above, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service or for periods where the service was not used.
Exception (Billing Errors): If you experienced a technical error where you were double-charged or billed incorrectly, please contact us immediately for a full refund of the overcharge.
